Is it helpful to get a UX certificate or go to a UX conference to work in UX later but has no experience yet?

June 2, 2018 by Swathi Kirthyvasan

A UX Certificate will work way better than just going to a UX conference. A certificate at least proves that you have worked on a particular course (online or offline); that you may possess the skills for the job in the future. Conferences aren’t places for someone who doesn’t have any experience in the field. It may be really good for networking; but what are you, someone who wants to get into the field; going to understand if they talk about something advanced in the field? Nothing, right? It is recommended you work on a few courses, get into the field, explore, study and when you feel you’re at the right level of experience and would love to hit up conferences, feel free to do so.
