Pros work smart. UX/UI does have a process; we do stick to the process but pros know when to follow the process and not to and adjust to the needs of the client. Working on research also counts for them, and they make it a priority whenever starting a new project. They don’t jump into using tools immediately; rather they go the pen and paper method and scribble as much possible. Ideas user flows, personas, everything works on paper first and then gets digitized. Pro designers come with loads of patience; which is a much-needed trait in the design world when it comes to dealing with clients, other designers, developers and stakeholders. They are cool with multiple iterations at all stages of the design process. Pro designers may not necessarily be a “UX Unicorn“, but they have the skills to deal with every stage of the design process.
