Well, unfortunately, there are no absolutely free tools available. There are a few tools which come for free, but their features are limited; this gives the users the opportunity to just try the tool and get used to the features and interface. All tools do come with a 15 to 30-day trial through which you can use to try out the tool and get used to its interface and features. Although many product companies are trying to price the tools cheaper and make it cost-effective, none of them is actually free. But, recently, Adobe has started offering their Adobe XD tool (with limited features, but still good enough nonetheless), used for prototyping, wireframing and designing for free, so that beginners can use the tool without having to worry about paying for it.
