Yes, it sure is. Imagine you are using an application which has amazing UI, but the experience is not up to mark. You aren’t able to use the application for the purpose it’s mentioned. Now, don’t you think UX is important? When one can’t use the application up to the mark, why would you ever use the app again? That’s where the importance of UX arises. When the user is able to seamlessly use the application without any problems, is when we can say the UX is good. It’s all about making the experience easy for the user. When we analyse a problem posed by the client, we try our best to come up with the best possible and probable solution to satisfy the end users. That’s what UX stands for; user experience, and defining a good experience is important and necessary for and forms the divide between a good app and a not so good one.
