Why is growth-driven design critical to the user experience?

Growth-driven design is critical to the user experience because it allows for continuous improvement of a website or application based on user data and feedback. This approach allows for a more agile design process, where changes and updates can be made quickly based on user behaviour and preferences. It also provides for a more data-driven approach, where user data and analytics inform design decisions. This leads to a better overall user experience, as the website or application constantly evolves to meet its users’ needs.
